Welcome to the Bowser Field App

    
A few things before you start:

    

      
    
        
  • You're using an early version. This app is in alpha. Things will break, change, and disappear. Don't rely on it for anything mission-critical.
    • 
        
  • What we collect. Notes, photos, voice recordings, timesheets, and the approximate location of your device when you create them. Stored on your phone and in Bowser AI's cloud.
    • 
        
  • Who sees it. Bowser AI (the developer) and Sylvan (your employer). No one else outside the two companies.
    • 
        
  • AI services process some of it. Voice recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription. Photos and notes are sent to Google Gemini to generate summaries and captions. Under our agreements these services process your data but don't keep it or train on it.
    • 
        
  • AI can be wrong. Captions, summaries, and transcripts are AI-generated. Check them before you rely on them.
    • 
        
  • We use your data to make the app better. The Bowser AI team may review what you submit to fix bugs and improve features.
    • 
        
  • We rely on your feedback — please submit it. Tell us what's broken, what's confusing, what you wish the app did. That's the whole point of an alpha. Email support@bowserai.com, or use Share debug logs under the Debug menu if something just went wrong.

  • Don't put in private or illegal stuff. No personal medical info, no government IDs, no anything that doesn't belong in a work app.

  • You can ask us to delete your account. Email support@bowserai.com.
